Delivery & Shipping

How long is delivery time?

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Standard delivery to UK addresses takes 3-8 working days after processing. Total delivery time is 5-12 working days from order placement. Free delivery is available on orders over £75.

What does shipping cost?

We offer free UK delivery on orders over £75. For orders under £75, standard shipping costs apply. All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details. You can use this information to track your parcel's progress. If you don't receive tracking information within 5 business days, please contact our customer service team.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?

Yes, under UK consumer law, you have 14 days to cancel your order for any reason and 14 days to return items after cancellation. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at post@puuky.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

What if my item is faulty?

If your item is faulty, please contact us immediately. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you're entitled to a full refund within 30 days for faulty goods. After 30 days, you can request repair or replacement.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

The quickest way to get a different size is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred size. This ensures you get the item you want as quickly as possible.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot change the payment method. If you need to use a different payment method, you would need to cancel the original order (if it hasn't been processed) and place a new order.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 14 days of placing it, provided it hasn't been dispatched. To cancel, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. If your order has already been shipped, you'll need to follow our returns process.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Once an order has been placed, modifications are not possible. If you need to change items, sizes, or delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to help if the order hasn't been processed yet.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save delivery addresses, and view your order history for faster future purchases.
